Education

I have two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in Chemistry, the other in Music - General from St. Olaf College where I graduated in 2005. I am currently working on completing my Masters of Arts Education degree from Hamline University and I anticipate completing this degree in the fall of 2017.

Experience

I am a high school chemistry teacher with a current MN Dept. of Education teaching license in Chemistry 9 - 12. I have over five months teaching experience as a substitute teacher in urban classrooms within the Twin Cities metropolitan area. During my undergraduate studies at St. Olaf I tutored students for one year (one-on-one) in general chemistry.

Hobbies

During the academic year I sing with VocalEssence. I also enjoy cycling, downhill skiing, travel, and exploring the outdoors in my free time.
