Experience
I am enrolled at Southwest Minnesota State University, where I'm working toward a degree in Special Education, while minoring in Psychology. Presently, I work with middle school students, assisting them with coursework and answering questions they may have. Additionally, I've tutored friends and peers, assisting them with assigned coursework. I love to assist folks in Mathematics. It's really rewarding to see students overcome their difficulties with complex Mathematics concepts. My tutoring methods shift depending on who I'm working with. I work to tailor my teaching to fit the student's specific needs and learning styles. I find that visual aids are really helpful, and I tend to employ them in my teaching. I would value the opportunity to assist new students, act as a guide, and work with them to achieve academic success. I can work with students in PreAlgebra, Algebra, Differential Equations, Geometry, Elementary Math, Middle School Math, Statistics, Trigonometry, Psychology, and Social Sciences. In my spare time, I enjoy tennis, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. I'm located in Minneapolis, MN.
