I attended Taylor University, where I earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I minored in creative writing, there, as well. Right now, I am enrolled at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities location and I am working on my master's degree in School Psychology and Counseling. I have taught at daycares, summer school, and in schools. I have worked with students from the elementary school to the college level. Areas I specialize in include English, art, phonics, reading, social sciences and social studies, writing, essay crafting, test prep, and, naturally, psychology.I really enjoy helping people achieve their academic goals. My passion exudes into every teaching opportunity I am apart of. I like to facilitate a positive learning environment that nurtures the growth of a beneficial relationship between me and my students. My interactions have brought me to working with people of all walks of life and various backgrounds. So, I am able to relate to most any situation in education. When I am not working or studying, myself, I like to read and to write my own material. I take pictures as a hobby. In the kitchen, I can often be found perfecting my baking and cooking skills. I also enjoy listening to and playing music.
