Experience
I have experience as an ESL teacher in a college setting as well as tutoring experience in reading and writing in English. I enjoy tutoring because of the one-on-one connection. A whole classroom allows for specifics to be missed, but tutoring gives the teacher and student open communication to adjust and tailor the lesson plan to be specific for the student's needs.
