Hello! Thank you for your interests in Japanese. My name is Franca. I am a native Japanese speaker living in Minneapolis. I graduated from the U of M in 2013 and also formally went to Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. I have taught many foreign students Japanese when I was in Japan. The age range was between 15-40. I am very aware of how fast/ slow my students want me to go, what area of the Japanese language they want to learn (speaking, writing, listening, or reading, etc), and in what depth they need to learn. I am also very active learning my own culture as well as others. If you are interested in learning culture, you're also welcome. I do not have a car, so I would meet my students around the U.
