I went Arizona State University to earn my doctoral degree in biomedical engineering, and then I joined a startup in the field. Prior to my PhD, I went to the University of Virginia to earn a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. I have five years of experience educating students in labs and electronics. I like to guide students along the path towards learning as opposed to giving answers, because this help students develop their own independent learning skills. I use visuals to explain concepts in science and math to help students better understand them. I love math and science, and I find them exciting, so I want to help my students develop an appreciation of these subjects as well. In my free time, I enjoy riding my bike, playing games, and climbing.
