Hi, I'm Jordan. As an undergrad student at Minnesota State University-Mankato, I began teaching towards the end of my studies. I then continued teaching during my graduate studies. The old saying is "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach." I am here to prove that saying wrong. To teach a subject adequately, you must be aware of the hidden objects in the dark room and know how to navigate that dark room as if the lights were on. It is my belief that teaching is the highest form of understanding and those who understand, teach. I get to relate to my students in a unique way. Sharing my passion for each subject and relating to my students on that level are the most rewarding parts of teaching.When I am not teaching, you can find me doing a wide variety of things. I have never fit the "nerd" stereotype that often comes along with having a passion for learning. I loved basketball and baseball and began playing those at the age of six. I started playing football in fifth grade and moved on to track and golf in senior high. I was raised in South Dakota, in the Black Hills area, so I have a passion for the outdoors. I love hiking, hunting, camping, fishing, and archery. I can also be found running, biking, and reading. I also have twelve years of experience playing the guitar.
