I attend the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. I am a junior and am be double majoring in Math and Education. My current GPA is a 3.0 and I plan to graduate in Spring 2012.
Experience
My SAT score was 1710 and my ACT score was 23. I have had two semesters of experience in Minneapolis and St. Paul schools as an observer/tutor. I have also coached for a few years. I want to be tutor in order to help kids slow things down and take a step back in order to fully understand confusing material. I have taken four education classes so far that will help me in tutoring and becoming a better teacher. I have also taken up to Calculus in high school and Calculus 1, 2, and 3 in college, as well as linear algebra. I am very personable and understanding. I have struggled with math in the past and have overcome many of the difficult subjects, so I am able to recognize where the issues may be occurring in a student's learning.

I am very active and outgoing. I love sports and spending time with my family and friends. I see myself as a very mature young lady who is probable overly-organized!
