I have tutored students in reading literacy in a 1 on 1, at a school setting. I have worked in class and after-school programs with children ages 6 to 16. I have also worked with high-school students in a summer program and through a community church. I have great communication skills and can be patient and deliberate with many different types of people. More importantly I value learning very highly and enjoy enabling the learning of others. Beyond my degrees I have earned many academic accolades. OI earned the Presidential academic Excellence award at an early age. I letterecd in academics a number of times throughout high school and also won 6th in MN State Speech Competition. In college I became a member of Sigma Tao Delta, the national English honor society, and I earned spots on the dean's list a number of times. In law school I earned a spot on the prestigiuous Vermont Law Review, publishing and editing legal scholarship. I also made the dean's list a couple of times there.
